I have a Sony Bravia 8. At first my tv remote was syncing with the Sonos Arc Ultra, but now it is not.

Note that in most cases, the remote connects to the TV, and the TV communicates with the Arc Ultra via CEC, which I think Sony calls BraviaLink, or SimpLink. So that needs to be turned on in the TV’s settings. It might be worth toggling it, or even unplugging both devices from the wall, then plugging them back in.
