I try to configure my tv remote control with ny sonos ray and it seems to work, message configuration successful, but later it doen t work, I try again and happens the same

What TV? Which remote control? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
