Just got the ARC + MiniSub + Era100 showing up in the Sonos App, but TruePlay does not show up anywhere in the app. The app did display the “set up TruePlay now” button box a couple times, and the TruePlay process started, but then shut down with “can do this now”. Spent two hour with Sonos tech support and they said that TruePlay is not supported when you use the Era100s as surrounds. Did all the fixes I could find and those with Sonos tech support. I am also very technically savvy. No go, can’t get TruePlay to function.
I did read a post where there may be a work around by not using the TV as the source, but the app won’t allow me to add another source… so that didn’t work either.
Using the most recent Sonos app / Samsung Galaxy S21 / Google Voice installed as the voice assistant.
If anyone has any hacks or fixes to get TruePlay to work, that would be great. Very very frustrated presently, and wasted so much time I don’t have.
