Trueplay not working

Anyone here have issues with Trueplay it starts of ok and just stops I get the follwing message: trueplay something went wrong we are unable to custom tune, both my IOS and Sonos app are updated, reset my router, I can't get it to work, I even deleted the app and reinstalled and I’m getting the same error.

Hi Stan I got it going, all is ok, the trick was apparently to move the my iphone from head level toward my waist as Sonos bot suggested andf it worked.

Noisy room? Fridge, furnace or something else making noise?

Did you remove the case from your device and clean the microphone port(s)?

If it keeps up run Trueplay to get the error and then submit a diagnostic (within 10 minutes, sooner is better) and call Sonos support as tehy can see hidden internal logs and date we users can’t see.

Yes I have Stan, I removed it the place is very quiet. I’ve just tried it again anf failed.

I'd say how odd but I have a spare Beam in a bathroom and it won't Trueplay unless I open the shower curtain. :-)
