Trueplay error arc+2 era300

Hello, I can't adjust trueplay since I combined my Arc and two Era300.
Without combining them, Trueplay works correctly on each of my devices but when combining them to have 5.0 (I still lack the subwoofer) I cannot adjust the system with Trueplay, it always ends the same "There has been an error. We have not been able to adjust your room . Try again".
Anyone with the same problem?
Solutions?
Unfortunately, it takes a lot of effort to talk to Sonos support.

first remove the Sub, then add the Era 300’s as surround, afterwards you add the Sub again.

I have the same issue. Trueplay works for each speaker alone (Arc + Sub 3, 2 Era 300s) but not when paired. Trueplay goes through the steps and at the end says “complete” but there is no toggle to turn it on or off meaning it didn’t go through.

I had this same issue. I unplugged the Era 300s for about a minute and it worked after that for me.
