Just set up arc ultra and two era 300’s.
When i play music from dedicated tidal app on a sony google tv, the surrounds do not work.
I do not have this issue when using the android tidal app from my phone, the surrounds work fine.
Is this normal or is there anything I can do?

TV sound from music apps will be stereo. Sonos does not do a “Full” setting (which involves the surrounds) for TV sound, like it does for non-TV sources, so to me this would be expected behaviour.
