Anyone else having problems with system kicking off products? I have an Arc, sub amd two era 100s. It keeps dropping sub. As well will not allow ‘tune play’ starts initial step then says no speakers found. Just spent over a hour and there submitted diagnostics and still not working. So frustrated with Sonos after spending thousands for my system.  

Are you using iOS or android?


I presume ‘tune play’ is ‘Trueplay’?


After submitting your diagnostics, did you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it? They don’t automatically look at them and reach out to you, you need to call in before they look at it.
