how do I default to just using my Samsung TV sound and not the beam?
do I just turn the beam off ? And if so how ?

Why would would you want this though? You’ve bought the Beam to get better sound and want to revert to speakers that are less in quality? Why?

sometimes i just want the tv sound on but i take your point
am i allowed to ask subsequent questions on this re linking my Play 1 speakers to the Beam to get surround or should i start a new question
