Hello

I have a Beam gen 2 and a sub mini.

I would like to use my old surround speakers from Dynavoice with them in a surround system with my tv.

Is that possible? Can I connect them to my Sonos system or do I need to buy new speakers.

If the Dynavoice are passive speakers then you would need a Sonos Amp to use them as surrounds with the Beam.

You can only use Sonos speakers as the surrounds for your Beam

Only one? Can it separate the two channels from the tv sound?

Yes, 1 Sonos Amp will allow you to connect the 2 speakers to play rear left and rear right surround channels.

No, that is a Connect which does not include an amp to power passive speakers.  A Sonos Amp or Connect:Amp that is compatible with S2 is needed.

In addition, using an older Connect:Amp for surround duty has further restrictions.
