Hi @Thewy003,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Sonos One SLs. Two meters is a good distance from your router, so you shouldn’t need to move anything. Since the One SLs are paired with the Beam, it would be worth rebooting that as well if you haven’t. If rebooting the Beam doesn’t get the One SLs showing, try rebooting your router as well.
If a reboot helps, then it may be worth assigning static IP addresses for your speakers. Some community users have recommend this as they haven’t needed to reboot their system or had speakers drop off the system since, so I’d say it’s worth looking into.
While the distance to your router is fine, it’s also possible that the missing speakers could be caused by wireless interference. I’d recommend checking our support article for reducing wireless interference and following the steps in there if a reboot of all your speakers and router doesn’t resolve your issue.
I hope this helps!
Time to change it all I think Sonos. Fed up of needing to change things every time your products fail to deliver. No reason whatsoever it should just stop working apart from the fact that the product ts are simply not good enough. Shame.
I’d recommend staying away from network devices. Stick with directly wired devices that don’t require another ‘system’ to connect.
