What model TV do you have? Is it equipped with HDMI eARC?
Quel modèle de télé as-tu? Est-il équipé de HDMI eARC?
Hi, I don't think so. I’ve got a Philips 70PUS7805/12.
but what I don't understand is that surround works perfectly with the Apple TV. I'm watching Guardians of the Galaxy in Blu ray 4K on my Playstation and everything is ok too. It's only in game where I have this problem of lack of spatialization.
The 4K bluray also works perfectly with the Dolby Atmos setting
Since your TV isn’t equipped with eARC, it won’t be able to play Linear PCM audio from the PS5.
Set the PS5 to these settings:
Output Device: HDMI Device (AV amplifier)
HDMI Device Type: AV amplifier
Number of Channels: 5.1 ch
When gaming, set the Audio Format (Priority) setting to Dolby Audio.
Set the TV to these settings:
Digital Out Format: Multichannel (bypass)
OR
Digital Output: Bypass
It's done thank you so much, I'm going to test on the game in any case it works perfectly on Bluray 4K and on Dolby Atmos compatible videos on YouTube. But with this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kvAfmYNtugQ) the sound of the bird spinning in surround is only heard in linear PCM.It's crazy!
YouTube doesn’t support Dolby Atmos audio. Most YouTube videos are only available in stereo. There are a small number of videos on YouTube that are available in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1.
While playing TV audio, you can see what audio format is playing on the Now Playing screen in the Sonos app.
Tell me what audio format you see displayed in the Sonos app when playing a YouTube video, a Blu-ray disc, and when gaming.

This can’t be repeated frequently enough. And many, many videos claim to be in one format, when they are in fact in stereo.
Now, with the game and your settings, I'm in Dolby Digital 5.1 and it works perfectly thank you so much I'm so happy !
With the Blu ray disc it’s Dolby Digital Plus 7.1.
And with Youtube, as I told you, with compatible video I'm in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 and Dolby Digital 5.1 for the other.
And so are we agree that I no longer touch anything, whether for films or games (I don't watch YouTube on the PS5 but on the Apple TV).

Yes, I would keep the settings the same on the PS5 for both films and games.
On the Apple TV, use these Audio Format settings:
Change Format: ON
New Format: Dolby Digital 5.1
