Just purchased three arc sound bar with sub. Also 2 era 300's. Sounds great. I went through each speaker setup which was quite easy.
The era 300's are only putting out background sounds. I was hoping because our room is quite large that they would help in hearing the words/voices of the movie.
Did I configure them wrong? I did have each one run the "tuning". Any help would be great. Thanks
You configured them correctly. There is no way to push the ‘center/voice’ channel to surround speakers. Sonos has no other setup designed for the hard of hearing’ folks, with any of their setups.

The Arc has speech enhancement and night sound settings that can help some.
The Arc Ultra reportedly has more advanced speech enhancements. Good option if you are in the free return window.
+18The 300s bonded as surrounds are only supposed to add a rear ambient field. Most of the time you should not hear anything directly from the 300s. This is why, as surrounds the front facing driver is disabled. In a proper setup they should be facing your head or you will hear more direct sound from the side firing drivers. Their goal is to make your room sound bigger.
If you listen to music in Dolby Atmos you don’t want to be aware of the rear speakers unless the music was purposely putting sounds into the rears. Not something I’ve ever heard at a concert. Obviously movies are a different story.
