I own a Samsung TV and stream through my Apple TV. I have connected a Ray to the TV via the optical cord. I have then connected two Sonos ones to the ray within the Sonos app. Audio is playing through the ray, but not the ones. I have ungrouped and regrouped them but it doesn’t help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As you’ve used the terminology of grouped and ungrouped, can you confirm that you have added the two Sonos Ones as Surround speakers?

If the TV audio is not being output by the surround speakers can you open the Sonos App when the audio is being output and select your home theatre room.  What Audio format is the App reporting?

If the Audio is music, please adjust the Music Playback setting to Full, as per:
