The controls for surround have vanished , such as full vs ambient etc. the only option is to reset and it doesn’t seem like it will even do that.

+24Gears / pick Room / Surround Audio / Music Playback / choose Full or Ambient.

Check your app is fully up-to-date at the App Store or Google Play.
Also go to Settings - Manage - System Updates - Check for Updates.
Also check you are looking in the right place, per the reply above, but if so, also have you tried force closing the app and re-opening?
Or logging out and logging back in again?
Or uninstalling the app and reinstalling?
