Describe your system. Which speaker do you want to connect to?

From your profile you have an Arc Ultra and Sub 4, the app should take you through the connection process.

Hopefully you didn't follow the bad advice AI offers about disabling Wi-Fi as that doesn't do what it says, it turns off tne radio used to connect to tne Sub.

Doesn’t play sound or doesn’t connect? Please elaborate.

All,

I have an Arc Ultra and Sub 4. At first the subwoofer would not connect. After many tries it finally connected. However, there is no sound coming out of it. The Arc cable is connected to my TV and the sub is hardwired to the Ethernet line. I've done multiple resets, disconnected and reconnected all cables and still nothing! All hardware in the app is showing as connected and with a strong signal.

I did notice that after a reset, the sub does make a connection sound, but nothing after that.

Do not wire the Sub to Ethernet, and do not turn off WiFi on the Arc Ultra.  They are designed to be wireless, and wiring the Sub via Ethernet causes the problems you are seeing.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

Is the sub bonded to the arc?
