My sub gen 2, has started to make a rattling/distortion sound on the heavy end of bass. I've tried resetting the settings a number of times, and the location. I believe it needs to be looked at. can anyone recommend someone in Brisbane please?

If I search Google for ‘Sonos repairs in Brisbane’, there are quite a few options that show up in the results list.. so perhaps give that a try and see if there are any options near to where you are.

I’d be careful about which Brisbane you look at, there is more than one in this world. For instance, if you’re in Australia, it would be unfortunate to pick out a repair location in Brisbane, CA, in the US.
