Sub placement in relation to Arc

I have read various posts on here suggesting that it does not really matter where a sub goes since the sound is not directional … but I have a question: is it possible to be too close to my Arc? The sub itself is a work of art, so I want to display it prominently … but I’m worried that the space I have in mind is too close to the Arc and that it might impede the Arc.

My Sub is less than 2 feet from my Arc and everything sounds great.

I have mine either side of the tv/arc, about 1.5m from the centre point. I don’t think there are issues with proximity ‘sound’ wise. NB: The Gen 3 does seems probe to RF interference from the TV though so placement at the opposite end of the room could be an option if it is warranted.
