I currently have my Sub Mini grouped with my Era 300s and Arc for my theater setup. My Sub is grouped with my two Fives. Should I switch my subs around so the Mini is with the Fives and the Sub is with the home theater? Curious if it will improve my theater performance.

Since you already have them both, de-bond them and then set them up bonded to the other room. Then you can listen to them and decide for yourself. Go with what you prefer.
You might also want to experiment with the placement of the subs, as this can make a difference too.
