sub not recognized

I moved from Texas to Florida and now I am setting everything back up. My ARC connected fine but sub not even detected.

Hi ​@Steevk, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that your Sub isn’t working after you moved. What’s the status of the LED light on the Sub? Solid white is the colour to show the Sub is powered on and functioning correctly. If you have any other LED light, then check it against the LED light article I’ve linked.

If the Sonos app is showing “Arc (+?)” or similar, try to remove and re-add the Sub by going to Settings → Arc → Remove Sub. After the Sub has been removed, head to Settings → Arc → Connect Sub and follow the process in the app. It may be worth temporarily wiring the Sonos Sub to see if it shows in the app so you can follow this process.

I hard wired it with no change. calling Sonos support today

Did you bring the same router with you? If not, have you tried setting the SSID and password the same as your old router? That would be the easiest wat to have them reconnect without issue.

The other thing I would try is to hardwire the Arc and try and add the Sub again. It may be a good idea to reset the Sub for this.

Did you double-check the power cord is fully inserted?
