Can you join 2 Sub Mini’s to one System I.e your surround system as I’ve bought another sub mini to pair it to the other

No. To use two subwoofers in a single room, use Sub (Gen 3). Learn more here.

Only one mini Sub to Sonos Room.

You can have multiple Sonos Rooms with mini Subs.

Sonos has stated that a single Sub outperforms two Sub Minis and is less expensive.
