Sub mini is connected but no sub sound connected to Sonos Beam gen 2

If it is connected and assigned to the Beam, try a network refresh. Power down ALL Sonos, reboot the router, power up the Sonos.

can you clarify how you have the sub set up? Is it bonded to the Beam, or set up on the same system but not yet allocated to a room? How are you testing it - what is your audio source?
