sub mini not conecting to ray and era

Sub mini is not connecting, the app see it and the modem too but doesn’t connect to the ray bar and neither the eras speakers , how do I reset the sub?

If the Eras are set up as surrounds with the Ray, try removing them as surrounds before you add the Sub Mini to the Ray.
