This is so, I work installing sonos at homes something like "distributor" I have a problem with a client that when trying to connect his sub mini to a beam (client has 2) does not work It connects but to the seconds it appears that it is not connected. Technical Service told me that it is something about the proxy but they have not answered me about what should be done. Has it happened to anyone else?

Describe the network for us. Note that BEAM will connect to MINI directly using a private 5GHz link. Once this connection is made, MINI will ignore the regular WiFi. Regular WiFi is used for the initial configuration
