sub mini connectivity issues

I’m having trouble connecting my Sub Mini to my Beam. Everything was working fine before I left town for a few days, but when I returned, the Sub Mini wouldn’t connect at all.

I’ve already tried unplugging and plugging it back in, rebooting my WiFi, and factory resetting the Sub Mini. I was able to add it back to the system, and it briefly let me adjust the audio settings, but then it disappeared again and showed as “Sub Mini is not connected.”

The status light is on and solid. I even tried connecting the Sub Mini directly to the Ethernet, but still no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?
