Sub Gen 3 not connecting to Arc.

Hi, i was able to add the Sub Gen 3 product, but when i try to connect it to the Arc it doesnt connect. it shows up under the Arc product list and i see an option to remove sub, but just not able to get it connect it to the Arc and make it play or work. Please help 😔

If you’re seeing an option to ‘remove sub’, that suggests it is currently bonded with some speaker in your system. Go ahead and ‘remove’ it, then you can likely add it to your Arc.
