Sub connects to zone and shows up in app as working but as soon as you press play for that zone the sub light starts blinking green and won’t play.  Zone works otherwise.  I’ve tried many resets, hardwired connection, and 2 different subs.  Tech support didn’t know what to do so they are replacing both.  Has anybody seen this issue?

I did a search and came across this thread…

It transpired the user had cabled their Playbar, but had switched off its WiFi adapter and forgot it was needed to make the Sub work.

thanks for the quick response!  I did make sure that the wifi is on for the amp that I’m connecting the sub to.  I even tried hardwiring the sub’s ethernet direct to the amp.  Still get the blinking green light with no audio output from the sub, even though the app says it’s connected.
