Hello everyone i have some issues with my sub today we cleaning the house so i turned off my sub and all sound system  and after wild I turned back on my sub not working i  spend almost 3 hr to fix i try  but still not working i need help

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your Sub not playing.

Please remove it from which ever room it is bonded to in the app, then add it back on again.

Settings icon » [room with Sub] » Remove Sub » Remove Sub

Settings icon » [room with Sub] » Add Sub

To save us suggesting what you’ve already tried, please say what you’ve tried and what error messages you get. 

Is it just the Sub that’s “not working”? 

In what way is it not working? Is it visible in your app but not making any sounds?

Yes i can see on my app but not working

Is the sub still showing in the room it was in or as an used product?
