strange noise surround speakers

Hi all,

I’m using two Sonos One’s as surround speakers in combination with the Sonos Beam. I’ve had no issues before, but this week i heard some strange noise from those surround speakers. Espacially the talking sounds like echo/cracking. I’ve tried resetting both surround speakers which helped, but only for a few days..

i’ve send data to Sonos: 576926472.

Note, the Sonos moderators may not see/pickup your diagnostic report here in the user-community. It therefore maybe best to contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff directly via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.
