Hi I have a 75x90 Sony TV with earc HDMI out
TV i swall mounted and want to split audio, earc to Sonos Arc Ultra for movies etc but for concerts and music I want to feed to Naim and Kef system Orei make an earc splitter but does not apear to be available in UK at present.
I do not want to use the optical out of TV as tha means accessing menus to change audio set up.
Any other suggestions?

Try an eARC compatible switch.
Edit: Make sure your splitter/switch/extractor does eARC, a plain HDMI one isn't what you want.
