Sound drop outs with Sonos Arc and crackling. I bought my Sonos Arc a couple of years ago. It had this problem to begin with, however I changed the settings and unplugged everything including the wifi and then plugged everything back in and it has been working fine for about a year or so, however recently it has started happeneing again and I’m not sure why. I have done the same things as I did before however to no avail.

What programs are you watching? There are a few similar reports, but too few to prove cause and effect, if any. Keep notes on your viewing, submit a diagnostic immediately after an event, then take this up with phone support.

SONOS needs enough good reports to figure this out.
