Aloha:

I have an Arc home theater setup including the Arc, 2ea of the Era 300, and a gen 1 and gen 3 sub. All are connected in one room and have been working great for a while connected to an TCL TV via eARC and source is Apple TV 4K, just recently though there have been issues to with sound from YouTubeTV and Netflix being muffled and unintelligible; without the closed captioning there isn’t really any way to know what they’re saying. All devices have been updated: Apple TV, TCL TV, Sonos; and power cycled.

I am not sure if it is specific codecs that the Sonos system is having difficulty with as not all programs on YouTubeTV or Netflix experience the issue. In lieu of a fix, I have been forced to AirPlay to the Sonos system which I am sure takes away many of the benefits when the source is played via HDMI as originally setup.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
