While playing music there is no issues at all, while watching my TV the sound fades in and out. I’ve checked all my wires and even changed some wires and even change TV’s.

Is the TV sound fade out happening with your Playbar? As that’s what shows in your profile.
The first thing to check is the optical cable connection on both ends. I also suggest trying a different optical cable to see if the issue persists.
