My Sonos Arc is now having some issues after 1 year of use and I’ve tried every suggested help article as well as some of the solutions provided in this community. The Arc software is up to date and so is the software for my TV as well as my Apple TV device.

I have also submitted a diagnostic request: ***********

I am experiencing 3 main issues, in order of frequent occurrence:

  1. The sound cuts out every hour or so for about 10 seconds. It just suddenly gets completely quiet and then the sound returns to normal after 10 seconds. This happens when I am watching anything on my Apple TV streaming device
  2. Every few days or so, there is a loud popping/cracking sound. This usually happens when the screen saver is on or something is paused. Basically when no actually movie or video is playing. The sound is loud, as if a speaker has blown out, and it lasts about 3-5 seconds
  3. When just streaming music via Spotify using the Arc (TV is not on at all), the music will just stop completely. I have to ask Alexa to resume music or to play music again

Please let me know if this is the wrong place to post this!
