Brand new Sony Bravia KD65X77L I connected my Arc, 100 surrounds and mini, everything was working fine after the normal connection issues were ironed out. Arc connected to earc HDMI and cable box connected to HDMI 1. No sound issues when streaming or casting but when watching cable the sound would cut out at times especially when changing channels. I spoke with Sonos numerous times always changing one setting then testing, nothing worked. I was able to send a diagnostic both when the sound was working and not working. From Sonos I was told I had an, ARC Status: Broadcast Blocked, error.
After contacting Sony support I changed some settings and have had no issues so far.
Here are the settings that worked.
Sonos had originally had me set to Pass Through and Auto neither worked, PCM did.
In the lower picture I changed all three settings from Standard to Enhanced.
