I have started to notice a rumbling noise from the speaker whilst watching the TV anyone else have this problem 

No, the Beam gen 2 seems to be working fine here - I would not factory reset it until you’ve perhaps spoken with Sonos Support Staff but maybe a simple power-cycle/change of HDMI cable might be worthwhile trying first.

If no joy, then it maybe best to simply reproduce the issue and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
