I have changed from internet supplier and my sonos set up is no more recognised, only ARC + SUB.
I do not sucess to catch ERA on my SONOSNET network (ARC is linked with ethernet). ERA 100 are WM3 on the SONOS app.
WHat should I do ?
Thanks,
Best regards
Damien.

The Era 100 doesn’t connect to SonosNet. So “WM: 3” is what you should be seeing when the Era 100s are being used as surrounds in a wired setup. Read more here:
Try removing the Era 100s as surrounds in the Sonos app. Then unplug the Arc and Era 100s from power for a couple of minutes. Plug them back in and re-add the Era 100s as surrounds.
FYI… when used as surrounds, the Era 100s will communicate with the Arc’s private 5 GHz radio.
