sonos system losing settings

Hi All,

 

I have recently noticed that my Sonos arc home theatre system (era 300s and subs) keeps losing the system settings. EQ, sub levels, etc keep resetting to default after a couple of hours or the next day.

 

i haven’t found any other threads on this so am curious as to whether it’s a common issue or just me!

 

Any advice?
