Sonos Sub Suddenly stopped outputting sound

I have a sonos Sub. I think it’s a Gen 1 but I’m not entirely certain. 


Everything seems to be working fine. It’s updating correctly, its connected, visible in the app. I’m able to join it with other zones easily. 


The problem is there is no audio output. 


If anyone can help me out here I would appreciate it, please let me know what you need to know.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
