There has not been any news of a future update that allows adding two Sub Minis to a Sonos home theater setup. But you can currently add two Subs if one is a Sub (Gen 3).
So if i buy a gen 3 sub i can pair the mini and gen 3 on home theater?

No, you can only dual sub with the Sub, not Sub Mini
