Does anyone know of an update to add 2 sub minis and pair them to the sonos amps for home theater?

No, you can only dual sub with the Sub, not Sub Mini

There has not been any news of a future update that allows adding two Sub Minis to a Sonos home theater setup. But you can currently add two Subs if one is a Sub (Gen 3).
