Brand new sonos sub gen 4 bass keeps cutting out every few seconds. Can anyone help pls?

How did you connect the Sub to you other devices? What devices do you use?

It is conmected to just the sonos arc soundbar. Connected via wifi 5GHz. 
followed all instructions given by sonos support and nothing worked. Eventually i was asked to get the sub replaced. Luckily only purchased yesterday, Harvey Norman replaced it. But the same problem again

Yes I will try calling them tomorrow. Hoping they will be open
