Sonos sub (gen 3) will not connect to the arc soundbar once the sub has been setup, and says it will remain unsed until you connect it.  however, it wont connect and says not found - please help🤦.

Let me help you figure out what's happening. We would like to have you submit a diagnostic of your system and reply back with the confirmation number. This will allow us to see how your Sonos system and help provide a resolution.
