Sonos Sub Gen 3 No Sound

I just bought a sonos Sub and I connected it to my exisitng sonos system. However there is no sounds coming out from my sub. I check my sonos app and I see sub is added to it. Can you please help me to solve this issue.

I can see sub in sonos app listed in my room and I can control it’s status light from app. SUB is also listed in about my system/ system info. When I mute the whole room, I see sub status light turn to green as well. It seems it is connected, however no sound coming out from it.  My router is Hitron CODA4582, and I a, connecting it with 2 symfonisk that I bought an year ago. I have tried reset my router and all speaker, but sub still not produce any sounds. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
