i have sonos arc and sonos sub gen 3. I also have sono play five. The sonos sub is connected with the ARC but is not playing sound but it works fine when connected to Sonos Play 5.
tried every method. kindly help

i paired with the five just to check it.
By pairing do you mean bonding?
If it works with one but not the other, it may be best to generate a diagnostics report and call Sonos support.
