Sonos Sub 3rd Gen

My Sonos sub gen 3 will cut out for about 5-10 seconds randomly when listening to music and watching movies. It is hardwired and so is my Sonos ARC. Please help

Have you tried disconnecting the ethernet cable from your Sub to see if that makes a difference?
