I have bought a Sonos Ray, Cant connect it to the WIFI apparently Sonos Ray doesn’t work with WIFI 7 does anyone know a work round

Please answer few questions:
- Do you own any other Sonos products...if so, are they connecting?
- Are all Wi-Fi Bands using different SSID’s?
- Are you trying to force the Ray to connect to a particular Band?
- Does your network consist of a single router or router & access points (i.e. Mesh network if the latter)?
