Purchased a Sonos Ray. Followed all the promps on connection and when I enter password for network asks me to select room which I do. Then tries to update and throws error 1101 which seems to me like the Ray isn’t getting internet from router. After it fails I can’t find the device again. Have to reset Ray and follow promps on app again but still throws same error. Multiple devices tried using app and same issue and error. I’ve checked the list of non compatible routers and mine is all good. Is there a setting on the router to help get it to connect and do the update? Or is it best to go buy a Ethernet cable to be able to start using Ray?

Hi to all. Just purchased a Sonos ray and trying to connect it to my tv. All going well until it try’s to update and comes up with error code 1101 …? I’ve rebooted my router , rebooted the app etc etc…
i got Ethernet cable and error is same.
