Have you added them to the system?

If they are in a stereo pair, separate the stereo pair and try again.

i would also remove the Ethernet connection from the Ones when being used as surrounds. The Beam will communicate with them using it’s 5GHz radio.

Have you just acquired them to add to your Beam? If so, did you use Add Product to add them to your existing system?

You can only use the Sonos app to connect them, so your statement is not very helpful. Did you get any error messages? At what stage in the process did it fail?

Why not give a response to the suggestions given above? If they didn’t work, tell us and we can move on to the next option.
