After an update about two weeks ago the sound bar dropped off my Sonos One’s.  I have called support four times, spent a total of 6 hours on the phone and still nothing.  

The Sonos update screwed something up.  

Which model soundbar?


The sound volume control on the app……….so my Arc shows the soundbar but not the Sonos One’s which I use for a full room sound……….so my Arc is on 20 and the Sonos One’s on 2 or whatever and I can’t change it…..


Have you set the One’s up as surrounds or as a separate room in the app?


Separate room in the app.  Wont’ let me set them up as surrounds now.
