View originalIncidentally, using WPA2 has nothing to do with Sonos connecting or not connecting to your network. Sonos is compatible with WPA and WPA3. I use WPA2/WPA3 with on Sonos Issues. WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 are security protocols to thwart hackers to your network. All said if you are having difficulty with Sonos why not give us more information about your network or call Sonos Tech Support.
